Forget the call of the wild! The inescapable call of the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) was too alluring to the ladies of Fab Four Fashion this week. We were awed by the thought provoking, expressive work of painter Jean-Michel Basquiat. His large scale pieces held us enthralled, as did the beautiful lines and winding contours of the architecture of the gallery. Black and white is one of my fav colour combinations. I know I’ve mentioned that before but it bares repeating. So, when I came across some old re-runs of Charlie’s Angels I was inspired to recreate the cool 70’s vibe of police women television dramas like the Angels or Cagney & Lacey for day and night. The two looks below also highlight the versatility of a great suit! For my day time look I’ve paired my trusty black turtleneck with a white jacket and pants and funky wedge boots.
