It’s that time of year again where all the Caribbean people come together on Lakeshore to proudly represent their native country or heritage and shimmy in their elaborately designed costumes. The ladies of Fab Four Fashion are here to show you how to jump and wave for the Caribana festivities.

Are you ready? Cuz we ready. We ready. Then again, Fab Four Fashion stays ready! From soca fetes, to boat cruises and brunches, Caribana has something for everyone. So for my Caribana look, I went for the “stoush” girl at the club. The one that feels so hot that she can’t talk to nobody! LOL

Although I couldn’t be further than a stoush girl, if I were, this dress would fit the bill perfectly. This baby will make you stand out even when everyone else is wearing white. It’s perfectly fitted and the draping adds elegance to an otherwise simple cami bodycon dress.

This midi is the perfect length for us tall ladies: you can ‘get on bad’ without having to worry about exposing your “lady bits” LOL. Whatever you choose to do for Caribana weekend, make sure you’re safe, fly and have fun!

Caribana is here and I’m ready to jam down  the road with my Haitian flag to represent my peeps.

Lots of events happening during the long weekend of August 4 – 7 as there are day parties, soca fetes and night parties. This year, I decided to rock a jumpsuit to attend one of the festivities. This yellow jumpsuit caught my attention on my forever favorite website ASOS. Oh yes, yellow is my new obsession! I just love all things yellow lol.

This wide leg jumpsuit comes in a bright sunny yellow, with some stretch so I don’t feel too snug and fits my frame perfectly.

The wide leg allows me to move freely and to wine down low ;-).

One thing for sure I’m ready to party and to slay

JAMAICA STAND UP!!! GET READY TO WHINE…GET READY TO WINE !! Wha sah? This Jamaican  is ready to jump and prance in this sexy “lickle” dress loosely inspired by the black Versace dress worn by Elizabeth Hurley.

I simply love the gold detailing, and that risqué split up the front means I get to flash a little extra leg with every step I take!  This dress is very well fitted ladies, so it definitely shows off your sexy silhouette!  It has a lot of stretch in it though, so you can breathe easy, literally and figuratively.

This dress was calling for all gold everything, and that’s just what I did. I feel royal, like Cleopatra!

Now this “soca monarch” is ready for “di road”….or maybe the club!;-)

Happy Caribana kids!!!

Gail’s Look

Yes, it’s that time of year when we here in Toronto are getting ready to jump and wave!  So, in the spirit “of the season” I had to choose an outfit that reminds me of the tropics.

Dress: eBay (sold out) similar here here // Sandals: Jessica Simpson (old) similar here or here //

For my tall bombshells here is an orange dress option for you: Dress

I donned this orange bodycon dress that I found on eBay and paired it with ankle strap leopard print sandals.  Although this dress is supposed to be a size 22 I found it runs a little smaller so I would suggest to size up when purchasing.

Tah Tah for now,

The Fab Four
