Kaela Kay  recently held a runway show to unveil their fall/winter collection, and the ladies of Fab Four Fashion were there to bare witness to it’s greatness! The collection was stunning, and the event fantastic, and of course, while we were there to see the collection, we still wanted to dress to impress! Check out what we wore and a clip featuring some of the looks we loved from the show!

Leslie’s Look

Blazer: Zara // Boots: Zara (sold oout, similar here or here) // Belt: Zara // Shorts //

For my sexy plus chicas: Blazer // Belt // Shorts // Boots

I know I’ve said in the past that I have a hard time wearing red, and I do. But man-o-man, when red comes in the form of these sexy boots, I am here for it!!

I think you’ll all agree with me when I say that this look is all about the boots. They take centre stage and are unapologetic about it. When I first laid eyes on these boots I started to calculate what I would have to sell, return or forgo in order to make them mine!LOL (aind I ain’t really joking!). From the geometric heel, to the colour, to the patent leather shine, everything about these boots spells L-E-S-L-I-E!

The next piece to this look that I love is this fab check print blazer that I decided to rock as a dress. But don’t worry, I have shorts on underneath to make sure my lady bits are protected. I added a belt to add a little more definition to my waist line and I was ready to head off to the Kaela Kay fashion show event! Check out some video clips from the event on our Instagram page!

Gail’s Look

I just have to say this, “I AM FEELING MYSELF IN THIS DRESS!” I freakin LOVE It!  From the pinstripe pattern to the funky sleeves – I just love me in the dress LOL.

Dress: MissGuided Curve other possbilities here // Shirt: Reitmans (sold out) similar here // Belt: ASOS Curve (sold out) similar here // Shoes: ASOS

For my tall glamazons: Dress 1 Dress 2 // Shirt

I spied this body con wonder on the MissGuided retail website, another online retailer that gets the message that ALL women deserve fashion forward clothing, and had to have it!  Not only is this dress perfect on its own, I gave it a little extra “je n’est ce quoi” by layering a white sleeveless shirt underneath and a belt to cinch in my waist.

After that I threw on some silver heels and fun tassels earrings and I’m good to go!

Nancy’s Look

Jacket: Topshop (old); similar here // Dress: Ofuure // Boots: Nine West // Earrings: Zara**

Plus size babes, no need for a similar dress. This baby comes in XXXL!

** Before I say anything else, I was forewarned that IF I didn’t start the post by saying thank you to LESLIE for allowing me to wear HER earrings BEFORE she rocked them for the first time, I would mysteriously disappear. So because I care about my life, THANK YOU LESLIE!!!! LOL. We can now safely move on to talk about this look!

Is it me or is this fall off to a strange start?? In the span of one day, it goes from super hot, to raining, then the sun comes out again. That’s when layering comes in handy and transitioning your summer clothes to fall is just perfect.

Since we were heading to see the magnificent Kaela Kay – the print mixing maven – it only made sense that I would rock an all-over print. My Ofuure Maxi Infinity dress did not disappoint. This eye-catching dress is sure to get MANY wears since it can be worn in so many ways. To fall-e-rize my look, I just grabbed my moto jacket and I was good to go!

In this week’s edition of dressing the bump, this dress was easy peasy! It has an elastic waist so it was perfectly comfortable (and of course, I am wearing the dress higher than where my natural waist is due to the “added volume” lol. The top portion consists of very long pieces of fabric, therefore I can cover my expanding boobs without fear of wardrobe malfunction (always a plus!). PLUS the dress has pockets… What else do you want!

Judy’s Look

Links: Skirt // Forever 21 // Shirt: H&M // Coat: Eloquii ( find similar here ) // Boots: Sam Edelman ( find similar here) // Clutch : Zara (find similar here)

Tall Fashionista: Skirt // Coat // Boots // Shirt

Fall is here and it’s the perfect season for rocking those tall boots and coats. For me, fall means that I get to rock my over-the-knee boots and faux fur coats. First let me start by saying that I had been eyeing these over-the-knee Sam Edelman boots for months and months, so when they went on sale last January I didn’t hesitate to snap them up.

I just love the sexiness of over-the-knee boots. I can wear them with skinny jeans, mini skirts and dresses. But more importantly, they keep my legs warm.

For the Kaela Kay fashion show I wanted to wear something fun and also appropriate for this crazy fall weather we’ve been having of late. I stayed in theme, rocking my faux leather pink rosé skirt , my faux fur coat, and kept it simple and comfy with my strappy long sleeve shirt with a cute frill detail at the shoulder.

My over-the-knee suede boots were a statement of course, but the accent piece to really catch the eye was this blinged out clutch from Zara. I may not have ripped the runway, but I was fashion ready to sit front row to watch the beautiful models strike a pose.

Have a peek at the Kaela Kay Fall 2017 runway show!

Tah tah for now,

The Fab Four
