We know it may feel like summer is making it’s final bow, but as you can see, our flowers are still in full bloom! Florals are a huge trend for this summer and fall so don’t pack away those pretty petals just yet, and see how the Fab Four works their floral faves!

Gail’s Look

Florals are always big for summer and really never go out of fashion.  The multiple colours found in a floral skirt, shirt or trousers makes for endless options.

Floral Skirt: ASOS Curve (sold out) similar here // Black top: Old Navy (sold out) similar here  // Belt: Hudsons Bay (sold out) similar here // Statement Necklace: Stella & Dot (old) similar here // Sunglasses: H&M

For my tall sisters: Skirt // Top

Here I decided to keep things simple.  I paired a simple black crew neck top with a ruffled floral skirt.  Ruffles were big this summer season and I had to get in on this cute trend.  Not onlly is this skirt ruffled but the hem is asymmetrical – adding to its uniqueness.

To funk up the look even further I added white soled sandals and a statement necklace and voila my look is complete.

Nancy’s Look

Top: Zara (sold out; similar here) // Shorts: H&M // Shoes: Nordstrom (old; similar here)

Plus size option: top and short

I dubbed this look: Floral Explosion! Floral is a fun print to play with: it looks great with stripes, polka dots and… well, other florals! I achieved this look by finding a color that married well from the top and the shorts – and here, I picked green.

Tall girls, be forewarned. While these shorts are cute and flirty with the frilly hem, they are shooort. Since they are lose, a gust of wind can end up exposing your pretty peach LOL.

My look was punctuated with yellow pumps and some gold accessories which will allow you to bloom at any hot event. Take advantage before we officially kiss summer goodbye!

Judy’s Look

Dress: ASOS // dress for curvy : ASOS // dress for Tall : ASOS // Shoes find similar : here

The floral trend for me is one that is either a hit or miss. I try to be selective in the floral prints that I choose to wear in order to not look like a grandma or furniture LOL.

You guys already know that yellow is life for me, so when I found a floral print with yellow I was sold. This dress screams country derby and tea party all at the same time and I love it. The fit is perfect and there is a bit of stretch, which allows me to breathe and move freely. This dress gives off the vibe of freshness, fun and femininity.

The heart shaped neckline and knee length are always a plus for me. I kept the rest of the look simple with my nude pumps and gold earrings to accessorise and I was ready for a cup of Earl Gray or a good tip on a horse!

Leslie’s Look

Floral Suit: Zara (sold out, similar jacket and pants) // Shoes: Zara (old, similar here or here) //

For my plus size divas: Floral Suit:  Jacket and Pants //

So, I have to start with a confession y’all. I know florals have been a huge trend for a while now, but it’s not until recently, like this summer recently, that I got down with the petals! LOL I lean toward geometric type prints, I don’t’ know, maybe I just like right angles or something , but I think it’s important to try new things, and in the spirit of trying new things, I jumped into this fabulous floral  pyjama style suit.

I love pieces that allow me to feel relaxed and comfortable, but still let me look pulled together and chic and this look accomplishes this in spades!

Add some fun shoes, simple earrings and bangles and I’m ready for drinks with the crew!

Tah tah for now!

The Fab Four xoxo
