Ladies Who Brunch
After a busy work week of deadlines and meetings, we ladies enjoy catching up, when our schedules allow, to enjoy a delicious meal at one of our favourite brunch spots. As we were about to make our way downtown we, of course, had to snap a few pictures to share our casual get together looks with you.
Also, Leslie, Nancy & Gail took advantage of our friend Kennie‘s visit in town to get our makeup done! She is located in Montreal but will travel for events.
Leslie’s Brunch Look
I absolutely love throwing on my favourite pair of jeans and some knock-’em-dead heels and this look pairs the two. Add in a print or two and I’m ready for the world or just brunch with the girls!
Jacket: Zara (old) similar here // Skull Scarf: Top Shop (old); similar eBay// Jeans: 7 For All Mankind // Top: Tbags Los Angeles // Shoes: Michael Kors (sold out); similar here // Purse: Uterque (purchased in Spain); similar here
Nancy’s Brunch Look
For this look, I borrowed from the boys. When I saw this sweatshirt in the men’s department at H&M, it took me way back to Grandmaster Flash (or Bad Boys if you’re into the remix) and I just had to have it.
Jacket: Aritzia (old); similar here and here // Sweatshirt: H&M (old); similar here and here // Jeans: Levi’s // Shoes: Sole Society; similar here and here // Shoulder Bag: Hong Kong (old); similar here and here
Gail’s Brunch Look
Meeting up with the ladies is always fun and, of course, an excuse to get a little dolled up. This sparkly scarf from Danier is the scarf of my life! Canadian winters can be brutal so I’ll use any excuse to inject a little “za za zoo” when I have to bundle up. The gray turtleneck is from the Gap and I’ve paired it with white, yes, white in winter, pants from Eloquii.
Judy’s Brunch Look
For a nice brunch with my ladies, I wore my leather shorts with my over the knee boots. Since it’s a day look, I made the look more casual by wearing my boots/short combo with a sweater over a jean shirt. To finish my look, I wore my camel Olivia Pope-esque winter coat with a nice fur collar custom made by my lovely friend Kerry Ann.
That’s it for now. We’re off to eat, drink and be merry! Till next time!
