I LOVE YELLOW!!! It’s one of my favourite colours. I don’t know, but it just does something to my skin tone that makes me look golden!
This mini dress is fun, flirty and fly. It’s one of those pieces that you can just lip into and look pulled together, comfortable and ready to hit the town.
Since I’m just extra, (LOL), I decided to add even more colour to this look by pairing this dress with a cute mod style coat and a gorgeous African print clutch.
Colourful, comfortable and cool! Ladies, in this look I feel unstoppable!
I love the colour yellow. It’s such a sunny and happy colour. It especially spells happy to me when on a beautiful body con like this one.
This yellow wonder is from badass online retailer Rebdolls which caters to all sizes. WOOHOO! This dress is next level amazing. I love the boat neck style of the dress and of course the fact that it hugs my curves so beautifully is of course a major plus.
The dress is made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex which means the dress hugs me in all the right places and is highly breathable on those hot summer days and nights. The only thing I would say is a small drawback is that there is an elastic band in the waist which I’m not a fan of but that clearly did not stop me from scooping up this dress.
To complete my look I added an obi style belt, dangly gold earrings, a beautifully printed clutch and black faux suede sandals that feature wrap around laces.
Yellow is far from Mellow isn’t it? It’s vibrant color that has the power to brighten up your day and mood! It’s not surprising that it was a big color for the season, tho I’m happy to wear yellow year round.
Now, long legged babes, I know that your eyes widened up upon seeing me in a suit. The following questions is obviously: “Where from????”. This gem right here is from none other than Zara! Disclaimer: The sleeve length on the jacket isn’t tall approved. womp womp. I knew that I would be wearing it with the sleeves pushed up. It makes for a better look anyway. And I will wear it again as it will go a long way in uplifting a simple jeans and t-shirt look.
Now, when it comes to the pants however, I was pleasantly surprised! I have had some success with Zara pants. I often find them to be quite long and my 36″ inseam can rock these pants with heels! The sizing is what is a mystery sometime. Like in this case, in order for my behind and hips to fit comfortably, I had to get an XL. The waist is elasticize and gives a nice palazzo pants feel.
Finished my look with fuchsia pumps and gold, gold and more gold.
Pants: Zara // Jacket: Zara // Shoes: Aldo
Hold-up, they don’t love you like I love you … Slow down, they don’t love you like I love you. That’s what comes to my mine when I wear this lovely dress which I scored on my favorite online shopping destination ASOS. Yellow has become one of my favorite colors, and I find it compliments my skin toned beautifully.
I love the accordion style of the dress. I also appreciate that the lining underneath is not tight and I have plenty of room to move and twirl in my lemonade dress.
To complete my look, I found these cute pompom beige sandals on Amazon which are very comfortable, sturdy and affordable.
Now I’m ready to look myself in the mirror, twirl around and out! I’m a Beyoncé fan and I’m ready for my close up for the lemonade video LOL.
