Welcome to another edition of “What’s in Judy’s Closet”! I decided to take a break from my love for jumpers to introduce you to this printed bodycon dress. Let me tell you, finding the right midi or knee length bodycon brings me such joy! Why you may ask? Because I think about all the times when I’ve been planning to go out and I tell myself (as we women so often do), that I have absolutely nothing to wear. Well ladies, that’s when I pull out my “freakum” bodycon dress and I’m good money! LOL
I tend to go for stretchy midi length bodycon dresses because they fit me best and hug me in all the right places. Besides, when I’m running thru the six with my “woes” I like to be comfortable, but still looking sexy all at the same time. As the years go by I tend to go for more midi or knee-length styles (let’s just say I add an inch for every year :-), but don’t be surprised when I decide to pull out one of my mini bodycon dresses for a night on the town!
Since bright colours go very well with my complexion, and are just so much more fun, I tend to gravitate toward more colourful printed bodycon dresses as demonstrated in two of our previous posts (Perfectly Printed and Get Your Sexy On).
I found this gorgeous printed dress on ASOS (of course my favorite online store). It was on sale for $30, and since I don’t believe in spending a lot of money on bodycon dresses this was the perfect price for me to scoop it up. I paired my dress with these oh so perfect blush coloured pumps which I found at Aldo about a week ago. (FINALLY Aldo has gone back to making larger sized shoes, cause the struggle was real for us ladies who need extended sizes). I accessorized my look with this statement necklace that I found on eBay and a yellow clutch that I bought a few years ago from ZARA.
Voila I’m good to go! Ladies show us your “freakum” bodycon dresses cause we want to see how you rock them
Until next time. Stay fabulous!
